MoMorph Figma Plugin
Terms Of Service
Last updated: November 25, 2025
1. Introduction
Welcome to Sun* Inc. (“Sun*,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Figma plugin (the “Plugin”) and any related websites or services (collectively, the “Service”).
By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Plugin enables Figma users to add numbering to frames, write design specifications, and, when needed, export that information to GitHub as Issues.
We provide two versions of the Service:
(1) Essential Version (Free)
- Operates entirely within the Figma and browser environment, with all data stored locally.
- Exporting data to GitHub is optional. Any exported data is sent directly from the user’s browser to GitHub and does not pass through our servers.
- The Essential version is provided “as is”, and we make no warranties regarding its performance or results.
(2) Pro Version (Paid)
- Access to the Service is limited to users who have entered into a separate agreement with us.
- Only email accounts approved by us on a whitelist may activate the Pro version.
- All conditions and data processing for Pro users are defined in the separate written agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years old) to use this Service.
By using the Plugin, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
4. License Grant and Restrictions
We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin, within the scope permitted by Figma’s terms and only to the extent necessary for internal or personal business purposes.
The following actions are prohibited:
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Plugin.
- Circumventing license restrictions, or modifying, reverse-engineering, or otherwise tampering with the Plugin.
- Sharing access to the Pro version with any third party who does not have a valid agreement with us.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by us.
5. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission
The Plugin integrates with external services such as GitHub to perform operations like creating Issues based on user actions.
Pro Version
(1) Exporting Data to GitHub
- When exporting data to GitHub, your specification data is temporarily transmitted to our secure server solely to process the request, format it, and forward it to the GitHub API.
- The data is not permanently stored on our servers and is deleted after the processing is completed.
- Minimal technical logs (e.g., status codes, timestamps) may be retained for a short period for system monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.
(2) Using Features Such as Google Sheets Export, Translation, or AI-Assisted Functions
- User content may be temporarily processed on our secure server and, when necessary, forwarded to external APIs to provide these features.
- Your use of any such external services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Essential Version
- Data exported to GitHub is transmitted directly from the user’s browser and does not pass through our servers.
Common to All Versions — Cookies and Authentication Tokens
The Service may use cookies or similar technologies to store user plan information, authentication tokens (such as OAuth refresh tokens), and security parameters required to validate OAuth callbacks.
These cookies are used solely for authentication, session management, and security purposes.
6. User Content and Ownership
All content that users create or register through the Plugin—such as frame annotations or specification text—remains the sole property of the user.
We do not claim any rights over the user’s Figma design data.
The user represents and warrants that:
- (1) They possess all lawful rights necessary to process and register any content used with the Plugin; and
- (2) They will not use the Plugin for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party.
7. Support, Updates, and Disclaimer
The Essential version is provided “as is”, without warranty or guarantee.
We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free or continuously available.
No user support or maintenance is guaranteed for the free version.
For Pro users, support and warranties are governed exclusively by the separate written contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Even if we are found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the Service, if any.
Users of the free version acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided at no charge, and therefore we assume no liability in connection with its use.
9. Termination
If a user violates these Terms or improperly uses the Service, we may suspend or terminate the user’s access without prior notice.
Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Plugin from Figma.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sun* Inc, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tokyo District Court in Japan, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “last updated” date.
Continued use of the Plugin after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
