MoMorph Figmaプラグイン プライバシーポリシー

1. はじめに

株式会社Sun*（以下「当社」といいます）は、お客様の個人情報およびプライバシーの保護を重要な責務と考えています。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、当社が提供するFigmaプラグイン（以下「本プラグイン」）および関連するウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）において、当社がどのような情報を収集し、どのように利用・保護するかを定めるものです。 本ポリシーは、Essential版（無料）および関連ウェブサイトに適用されます。Pro版（有償）におけるデータの取扱いについては、別途締結する契約に基づくものとします。

2. 収集する情報

(a) プラグインの動作

Essential版プラグインは、ユーザーのブラウザおよびFigma環境内でのみ動作します。利用中に生成されるデータはすべてローカル環境内に保存され、当社サーバーには送信されません。 GitHubへのエクスポート機能をご利用の場合、データはユーザーのブラウザから直接GitHub APIに送信され、当社サーバーを経由することはありません。

(b) GitHubエクスポート

  • Essential版： データはユーザーのブラウザから直接GitHub APIへ送信され、当社サーバーには保存されません。
  • Pro版： データはフォーマット処理や他のPro機能との連携のため、一時的に当社のセキュアサーバーに送信されることがあります。サービス提供に必要な範囲で一時的に保存されますが、処理完了後は削除されます。保存されたデータの取扱いは、本ポリシーおよび適用される契約に従います。

(c) サポートに関するお問い合わせ

当社にメールまたはお問い合わせフォームを通じてご連絡いただいた場合、当社はお客様の氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容など、対応に必要な範囲の情報を取得・利用します。これらの情報はサポート提供のためにのみ使用されます。

(d) ウェブサイトの分析

当社は、本サイトの利便性向上およびコンテンツ改善を目的として、アクセス解析を行う場合があります。解析では、ページ閲覧数やアクセス元などの統計情報を収集しますが、個人を特定することはありません。

(e) Pro機能（Googleスプレッドシート / 翻訳 / AI機能）

  • 選択されたコンテンツは、当社の安全なサーバーに一時的に送信される場合があります。
  • データは、GoogleスプレッドシートAPIなどの外部サービスを通じて処理・転送される場合があります。
  • 処理内容や品質向上のため、データの一部が一時的に保存される場合があります。
  • 保存されたデータはマーケティング目的やプロファイリングには使用されません。
  • データへのアクセスは、必要最小限の権限を持つ担当者に限定されます。
  • 削除のご要望がある場合は、適用法令に基づいて対応いたします。

3. データの利用目的

  • GitHubエクスポートなどの機能提供のため
  • サポートリクエストやお問い合わせへの対応のため
  • プラグインおよびウェブサイトの安定稼働・セキュリティ維持・品質向上のため
当社は、お客様のデータをマーケティング目的や第三者によるプロファイリングのために使用または共有することはありません。

4. データの保存と保持期間

  • GitHubエクスポートに関するデータは、処理完了後に速やかに削除され、永続的に保存されることはありません。
  • エラーログは、システム保守のため最長7日間保持され、自動的に削除されます。
  • サポート関連のメールは、最大1年間保存し、その後削除または匿名化されます。

5. セキュリティ

当社は、情報の安全管理を徹底するため、通信時にHTTPS暗号化を採用し、安全なサーバー環境でデータを処理します。技術ログやサポートデータへのアクセスは、権限を付与された担当者のみに限定されています。また、社内規定およびアクセス制御を通じて、情報漏えい防止のための適切な措置を講じています。

6. 第三者への提供

当社は、サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ、外部サービス（GitHubなど）にデータを共有します。これらのサービスの利用にあたっては、各サービス提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当社は、広告や販売促進などの目的でお客様のデータを第三者に販売・開示することはありません。

7. お客様の権利

お客様は、適用される法令に基づき、当社が保有するお客様の個人データに関して、以下の権利を有します。
  • 個人データへのアクセス（開示請求）
  • 個人データの訂正・削除
  • 処理の制限または利用停止の請求

8. 本ポリシーの改定

当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定後のプライバシーポリシーは、更新日を明記のうえ当社ウェブサイト上に掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、当社ウェブサイト上またはその他適切な方法により通知いたします。

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sun* Inc (“Sun*,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

This policy applies to the Essential version of our Figma plugin and related website.
For the Pro version, data handling is governed by separate contractual agreements.

2. Data We Collect

(a) Plugin Operation

  • The Essential Plugin runs entirely within your browser and the Figma environment.
  • All data remains stored locally within the Plugin environment.
  • When exporting to GitHub in the Essential version, data is sent directly from your browser to GitHub’s API and is not transmitted to our servers.

(b) GitHub Export

When you export specifications to GitHub:

  • In the Essential version, the Plugin transmits data directly from your browser to GitHub’s API and does not send data to our servers.
  • In the Pro version, data may be temporarily transmitted to our secure server for formatting or integration with other Pro features, and may be stored in our database as necessary to provide the service.
  • Any stored data is handled in accordance with Section 2(e) and applicable contractual agreements.

(c) Support Inquiries

If you contact us directly (e.g., via email or web form), we collect your contact information and inquiry details to respond.

(d) Website Analytics

Our website may use basic analytics (e.g., page visits) to improve content. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

(e) Pro Features (Google Sheets / Translation / AI functionality)

  • Your selected content may be transmitted to our secure server.
  • The data may be forwarded to third-party services such as Google Sheets APIs.
  • The content may be stored in our database for service delivery, quality improvement, and retrieval of results.
  • Stored data is not used for marketing or profiling.
  • Access is limited to authorized personnel, and deletion requests are accepted as required by law.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected information only to:

  • Deliver the GitHub export feature.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Maintain the security and performance of the Plugin and website.

We do not use or share your data for marketing or profiling.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • GitHub export data is not stored permanently.
  • Error logs are automatically deleted after a short retention period (e.g., 7 days).
  • Support emails may be kept for up to one year, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and secure servers to protect data in transit.
Access to any technical logs or support data is limited to authorized personnel.

6. Third Parties

We only share data with third-party services when necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., GitHub).
We do not sell or disclose user data to other parties for advertising or marketing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
